Job summary

Ernst & Young is seeking an AI Solution Development Senior Analyst for the Government & Public Sector Service Delivery Center. You will design and build AI-enabled solutions, including proofs of concept and production-ready apps, owning defined features throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate mission needs into working technology, focusing on hands-on delivery, solution quality, and scalability in a hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years related experience.
• Hands-on software development experience with Python and modern backend frameworks.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience integrating generative AI models via APIs or cloud services.
• Strong ability to own features end-to-end and communicate risks clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and improve AI-enabled apps and components.
• Own features or workstreams and drive from requirements to implementation.
• Translate requirements into testable software and test criteria.
• Develop AI-enabled web apps using front-end and back-end tech.
• Integrate AI models, retrieval augmented generation, and enterprise data connections.
• Create APIs, services, and data integrations; document designs and tests.
