Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Solution Development Staff professional to design and build AI-enabled solutions for the Government & Public Sector Service Delivery Center. You will contribute to proofs of concept, prototypes, and production components across frontend, backend, data integration, and cloud platforms.

You will work with EY engagement teams to translate requirements into working technology, with hands-on delivery as a core focus and collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of professional experience.
• Experience developing software, data, AI, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Coding experience with Python and a backend framework such as FastAPI, Flask, Django.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (React/Next.js).
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS) and APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data ingestion, transformation, and data quality concepts.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, version control, testing, and documentation.
• Excellent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, document, and improve AI-enabled components and reusable solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into working components.
• Develop UI components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic with Python.
• Integrate approved AI models and services via APIs and cloud platforms.
• Contribute to retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise search capabilities.
• Create data integration and maintain data pipelines for AI apps.
• Write unit tests and conduct functional testing.
