You will collaborate across teams, guide AI deployments, and translate advanced AI concepts into practical advisor-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI design and strategic advisory, with a focus on operationalizing AI capabilities for growth, client service, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Strong communication of complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Experience working with RIAs, broker-dealers, or financial advisory firms.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define real-world AI tool applications for advisors and clients.
• Engage with clients on generative and agentic AI strategies.
• Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI capabilities for RIAs.
• Lead advisor-focused AI deployments from pilot to long-term integration.
• Design AI strategy programs to modernize growth and client service.
• Create advisor-ready content and frameworks to enable adoption.
• Stay ahead of AI developments and translate into advisor value.
• Advise internal teams and advisors on AI trends and risks.
