Job summary

Salesforce is seeking senior builders to deliver production-grade AI agentic solutions directly at customer sites. You will own the build in a two-person pod, partnering with a Director who guides strategy and customer relationships.

You will design and deploy AI agents, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and ensure robust data pipelines and integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and client platforms, while traveling ~25% to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years building or delivering production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience delivering production software, not demos.
• Experience with LLM integration and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and deploy production-grade AI solutions end-to-end.
• Design agent workflows and integration patterns for enterprise environments.
• Own data pipelines, APIs, and production AI infrastructure across platforms.
• Prototype from ambiguous requirements and engineer for production.
• Troubleshoot data integration, orchestration and deployment issues.
• Collaborate within a two-person pod and ship software
