Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to design, build, and ship autonomous AI agents integrated with our platform.

You will work at the intersection of LLM orchestration, tool-use frameworks, and production engineering, turning prototypes into reliable, enterprise-grade systems. You will lead complex features end-to-end, guide AMTS/MTS engineers, and collaborate with leadership while ensuring high standards and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying LLMs/agentic systems in production environments.
• Strong Python skills and mastery of agent orchestration frameworks or ability to build from scratch.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, tool-calling patterns, RAG and evaluation for non-deterministic systems.
• Experience with API integrations and distributed architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship autonomous AI agents integrated with the platform.
• Evaluate agent frameworks and optimize deployments for latency and production reliability.
• Deliver high-quality features end-to-end including design, testing, and reviews.
