You will serve as a senior technical partner to clients, balancing architectural rigor with practical delivery and contributing to account growth through trusted execution. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $135,900 - $265,880.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in software or solutions architecture with AI delivery experience.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI systems and enterprise AI integration.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in client environments.
• Strong client presence and executive-level technical communication.
• Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery on flagship AI engagements.
• Own architecture decisions including stack selection, integration, and deployment.
• Manage engineering teams and establish delivery and code quality standards.
• Lead technical discussions with VP/Director-level client stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities grounded in technical delivery insights.
