Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Irving, TX seeks an AI Solutions & Engineering Managing Consultant to lead technical delivery on complex AI engagements, owning architecture decisions and guiding engineering teams from design through production deployment.

You will serve as a senior technical partner to clients, balance architectural rigor with practical delivery, and contribute to account growth through trusted execution.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in software or solutions architecture with AI delivery experience
• Deep expertise in agentic AI systems and enterprise AI integration
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in client environments
• Strong client presence and executive-level technical communication
• Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery on flagship AI engagements
• Own architecture decisions including stack selection, integration, and deployment
• Manage engineering teams and establish delivery and code quality standards
• Lead technical discussions with VP / Director-level client stakeholders
• Identify expansion opportunities grounded in technical delivery insights
