Job summary
Capgemini Invent Seattle seeks an AI Solutions & Engineering Managing Consultant to lead end-to-end technical delivery on flagship AI engagements, owning architecture decisions and guiding engineering teams from design to production.
You will partner with clients, balance architectural rigor with practical delivery, and contribute to account growth through trusted execution, applying responsible AI principles in enterprise transformations.
Qualifications
- 7–9 years in software or solutions architecture with AI delivery experience.
- Deep expertise in agentic AI systems and enterprise AI integration.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in client environments.
- Strong client presence and executive-level technical communication.
- Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery on flagship AI engagements.
- Own architecture decisions including stack selection, integration, and deployment.
- Manage engineering teams and establish delivery and code quality standards.
- Lead technical discussions with VP/Director-level client stakeholders.
- Identify expansion opportunities grounded in technical delivery insights.
