Job summary

CBIZ, Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Architect to design scalable, secure AI solutions aligned with client goals and regulatory expectations in a Washington, DC area role with potential remote work.

You will lead architecture activities across AI initiatives, translate business needs into technical designs, and collaborate with governance, engineering, and project leadership teams to drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Expert technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of industry regulations.
• Ability to lead and coordinate the team activities of others.
• Ability to formulate, document and recommend new policies and procedures.
• Able to work in and lead a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures, including data, model, application, integration, and security considerations.
• Provide expert technical leadership across AI initiatives to ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and supportability.
• Evaluate tools, platforms, and patterns to recommend effective and compliant AI solution approaches.
• Lead and coordinate the technical activities of others, ensuring alignment between architecture, implementation, and operational requirements.
• Document architecture decisions, standards, policies, and procedures to support consistency and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Support deployment planning, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement of AI solutions.
