Job summary

BIP US is seeking a Lead Value Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered Process Intelligence solutions within Life Sciences and Healthcare. You will engage executives, supply chain leaders, and tech teams to translate strategic challenges into scalable AI-enabled outcomes.

The role combines technical consulting, AI solution architecture, and customer value realization, with leadership across pre-sales and post-sales engagements from discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting or enterprise pre/post-sales engagements.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions including RAG, LLM orchestration, and AI agents.
• Strong Python development with AI/ML libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery workshops and translate business needs into AI-driven processes.
• Design predictive models, optimization and forecasting solutions for Life Sciences/Healthcare.
• Deliver executive presentations, solution demos, and POV engagements throughout projects.
• Collaborate with executives, IT, and business units to drive adoption and value realization.
