DoorDash in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect to help build and scale AI-powered tools across the Marketing teams. You'll work alongside our Marketing Technology AI Solutions Architects to prototype, code, and ship tools that solve real marketing problems.

This role offers mentorship, exposure to the full lifecycle of AI development from prototype to deployment, and collaboration with the Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience at the intersection of marketing and technology with hands-on tool-building experience.
• Hands-on coding with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python and familiarity with APIs, Postgres, ETLs, SQL.
• Experience implementing AI solutions with AI APIs, MCPs, prompt chains, and low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Retool, etc.).
• Ability to work with Product/Engineering teams to develop collaborative solutions and roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Builder mindset, capable of prioritizing work with autonomy amid ambiguity.
• Nice to have: background in Marketing Tech platforms, Marketing Ops, Analytics, or MarTech.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered tools and automations across marketing teams.
• Develop MVPs and proofs-of-concept, iterate from user feedback.
• Contribute to AI training materials, prompt libraries, and workshops for AI adoption.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product to integrate AI into the Martech stack.
• Evaluate third-party AI platforms and APIs to fit the marketing stack.
• Track impact including efficiency gains and quality improvements.
• Automate time-consuming marketing processes across AdTech and Marketing Platforms pods.
• Support AI Center of Excellence with governance and best practices.
