Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect to help build and scale AI-powered tools across DoorDash's Marketing teams. You'll work with our existing Marketing Technology AI Architects to identify opportunities where AI can solve real marketing problems, then prototype, code, and ship solutions.

This hands-on role focuses on prototyping, MVPs, and integrating AI into our stack, with mentorship and exposure to the full lifecycle from prototype to deployment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience at the intersection of marketing and technology with hands-on tool-building.
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python; able to read, modify, and debug code.
• Experience using AI APIs, prompt chains, MCPs, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Nice to have background in Marketing Ops, Marketing Analytics, or MarTech.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for marketing.
• Develop MVPs and proof-of-concepts; iterate with user feedback.
• Contribute to AI training materials and workflow libraries.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product to integrate AI.
• Evaluate third-party AI platforms to fit our stack.
• Track impact: efficiency gains and quality improvements.
• Automate marketing processes across AdTech and Marketing Platforms.
• Support AI Center of Excellence with governance and best practices.
