Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect to help scale AI-powered tools across our Marketing teams. You'll work with our Marketing Technology AI Architects to identify opportunities, then build, test, and iterate on solutions with hands-on prototyping, coding, and shipping—not just strategy.

This role offers mentorship from builders and exposure to the full lifecycle of AI development, from prototype to deployment, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology

Qualifications

• 2–4 years at the intersection of marketing and technology with hands-on tool building.
• Technical experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, APIs, Postgres, ETLs, SQL.
• Experience using AI APIs, MCPs, prompt chains, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Comfort working with Product and/or Engineering teams to co-create solutions.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Nice to have: background in Marketing Tech or MarTech.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for marketing teams.
• Develop MVPs and proofs-of-concepts; iterate based on user feedback.
• Contribute to AI training materials, prompts, and templates.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product to integrate AI into the stack.
• Evaluate third-party AI platforms and APIs for fit and impact.
• Track impact, efficiency gains, and quality improvements.
• Automate time-consuming marketing processes across AdTech and Marketing Platforms.
• Support the AI Center of Excellence with governance and best practices.
