Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect to join the Marketing Technology team in Los Angeles. You will prototype, code, and ship AI-powered tools that empower marketing teams to automate reporting, workflows, and analytics.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Marketing to integrate AI into our stack, build MVPs, and document best practices for AI adoption across Growth Marketing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building tools or automations in Marketing Tech.
• Experience with AI APIs, prompt chains, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Ability to work directly with Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions.
• Strong communication with non-technical partners.
• Builder mindset and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered tools and automations, such as automated reporting, QA frameworks, and workflow optimizations.
• Develop MVPs and proof-of-concepts, then iterate based on user feedback within a defined workstream.
• Contribute to AI training materials, prompt and template libraries, and workshops that help drive AI adoption across marketing teams.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing marketing technology stack.
• Evaluate third‑party AI platforms and APIs to identify options that fit our marketing technology stack.
• Track and report on the impact of the AI solutions you build, including efficiency gains and quality improvements.
• Help identify and automate time‑complicating marketing processes, working across both the AdTech (Performance Media) and Marketing Platforms (Retention) pods.
• Support the AI Center of Excellence by contributing to frameworks, governance, and best practices for AI adoption across Growth Marketing.
