Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect to build AI-powered tools for Marketing teams. You'll prototype, code, and ship solutions hands-on, working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science to turn AI ideas into reality.

You'll contribute to MVPs, training materials, and libraries, while shaping the AI roadmap across AdTech and Marketing Platforms pods, with mentorship from a Growth Marketing team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience at the intersection of marketing and technology with hands-on tool-building.
• Experience implementing AI solutions beyond basic chatbot usage using AI APIs, MCPs, and low-code platforms.
• Comfort working with Product and/or Engineering teams to develop solutions and roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for marketing teams.
• Develop MVPs and proofs-of-concept and iterate from user feedback.
• Contribute to AI training materials, prompts, templates, and workshops.
• Partner with data engineering, analytics, and product to integrate AI into the stack.
• Evaluate third-party AI platforms and APIs for fit with the tech stack.
• Track impact, efficiency gains, and quality improvements of AI solutions.
• Automate time-consuming marketing processes across AdTech and Marketing Platforms.
• Support AI Center of Excellence with governance and best practices.
