Job summary

Lyft seeks a hands-on Applied AI Lead to drive marketing AI transformation. You will partner across Creative, Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing to build practical AI tools, agents, and templates that reduce friction and scale workflows.

You will design, prototype, and launch internal AI-powered solutions, integrating them with existing marketing tools and platforms, while ensuring security and governance. A strong stakeholder mindset and hands-on execution are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of AI enablement experience, ideally within a tech company or marketing team.
• Experience vetting, piloting and implementing multiple AI tools.
• Experience in IC roles that require influence without authority.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement for the Marketing organization with hands-on building, prototyping, and rollout of AI-powered tools and templates.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across Creative, Growth, Brand, Media, and Product Marketing.
• Partner with marketing teams to redesign processes for speed, quality, and scalability.
• Develop repeatable intake, prioritization, and delivery models for AI use cases.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Data teams to ensure security and governance.
