Job summary

Invisible is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design scalable human-data programs for frontier AI training and evaluation. You will work with client researchers, project leads, and engineers to translate underspecified asks into executable solutions while preserving methodological integrity and commercial viability.

You will engage early in discovery, shape engagement scopes, and help translate technical and business requirements into deliverable architectures.

Qualifications

• Deep interest in how frontier AI models are trained, improved and evaluated.
• Strong working knowledge of LLM training and evaluation concepts across data modalities and objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Judgment to challenge assumptions while maintaining momentum and client trust.
• Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate with researchers and engineers on executable solutions.
• Commercial judgment for rough-cut budgeting and evaluating feasibility, timelines, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Equip account teams with technical and research context to understand client requests and guide decisions.
• Own solution design of new human-data projects and pilots from discovery through execution.
• Interpret ambiguous requests, uncover underlying objectives, and translate into executable approaches.
• Advise on methodology across supervised fine-tuning, preference data, RLHF, benchmarks and evaluations.
• Shape task design, annotation workflows, data structures, and trade-offs between research value and feasibility.
• Define expert profiles needed for projects and ensure credible data quality.
