Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a Senior Frontier AI Deployment Engineer to bridge product, engineering, and business stakeholders as we design and deliver production‑oriented generative AI solutions. This role emphasizes system thinking, clear communication, and ownership over delivery, rather than pure software development.

The successful candidate will guide RAG, AI agents, tool orchestration, and scalable deployments while ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in software/data/ML/AI or related field with cross‑functional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business, product, data, security, and engineering stakeholders; translate ambiguous needs into clear use cases and plans.
• Coordinate cross‑region collaboration across India, Europe, and North America time zones with crisp decisions and handoffs.
• Design solution patterns for retrieval‑augmented generation, AI agents, tool use, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
• Guide prototypes and production implementations, balancing user value, model quality, latency, cost, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate on interfaces, data flows, integrations, deployment patterns; contribute code or artifacts when helpful.
• Own stakeholder demos and demo environments; manage access, data readiness, reliability, and ongoing updates.
• Define evaluation methods for AI quality, safety, adoption, and business impact.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and translate into practical recommendations.
