EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior AI Agency Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions that connect generative AI, workflows, and business systems for healthcare marketing operations.

The role blends senior software engineering, solutions architecture, and client-facing consulting, leading technical discovery, defining scalable architectures, and delivering production-ready AI capabilities across product, security, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• 9+ years in software/solution engineering or related roles
• 5+ years cloud-based AI/data/enterprise solutions
• Advanced Python and at least one modern language
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, security frameworks, and distributed systems
• Hands-on with generative AI tech: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agent orchestration

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with clients and internal teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Design end-to-end AI-enabled workflows and integrations
• Develop production-grade integrations using APIs and enterprise platforms
• Contribute code across backend services, data pipelines, and AI workflows
• Ensure security, observability, and governance across solutions
• Support transition from prototype to production deployment
