Job summary

EVERSANA is building an AI Hub Center of Excellence to transform how we develop software and deploy AI agents within Patient Services. The Lead will own governance, architecture, and delivery, coordinating with onshore and offshore teams to ship production-grade AI-enabled solutions.

This role requires 8+ years in software engineering, deep AI tooling expertise, and strong executive communication to align with CTO/CFO priorities. Hybrid work model and travel expectations apply.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience architecting and deploying LLM-based systems or AI agents in production.
• Hands-on fluency with a major cloud AI platform (Vertex AI preferred).
• Familiarity with governance and compliance for AI in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Hub COE charter and bridge between Enterprise AI and Patient Services engineering.
• Ingest and operationalize enterprise AI tooling into SDLC across teams.
• Re-architect engineering practice into an AI-augmented model and standardize AI-assisted development.
• Define change-management path to adopt AI-first workflows and governance for AI deployments.
• Lead onshore/offshore delivery with KPI tracking and quarterly ROI reporting.
• Serve as senior technical voice for AI with CTO/CFO and external partners.
