EVERSANA seeks a Mid-Level AI/Agent Application Engineer to build the organization’s new agentic workforce. You’ll develop agents, create the APIs they use, and optimize data pipelines feeding AI context, reporting to the Chief AI & Analytics Officer.

You will architect scalable multi-agent systems, implement secure tool-calling with internal databases/APIs, and tackle AI security risks while collaborating across teams to deliver value for life sciences clients.

Formación

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, AI, Software Engineering or closely related field.
• 1–7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with MCP architectures.
• Proficiency in Rust.
• Deep understanding of agentic design patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflection, Tree of Thoughts).
• Extensive experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and open-weights models (Llama 3, Mistral).
• Experience with vector and graph databases.
• Experience with RAG architectures (GraphRAG, hybrid search).
• Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design and implement scalable, multi-agent systems for automating complex processes.
• Translate processes and develop multi-agent architectures for new opportunities.
• Design secure tool-calling architectures for safe internal data access.
• Mitigate AI-specific security risks, e.g., prompt injection and hallucinations.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
