Job summary

Humana seeks an experienced Lead Solutions & AI Enablement Architect to guide architecture for CenterWell programs, aligning cloud and data strategies across Humana Insurance. You will shape reference architectures, govern designs, and coordinate delivery teams across centers, with emphasis on AI, data integration, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive information technology experience related to architecture/engineering or security.
• 5+ years of solution architecture in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems in regulated environments.
• Hands-on architecture across Azure services and Snowflake/Databricks.
• Demonstrated leadership producing reference architectures and governing solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions for Home Health initiatives, translating business outcomes into designs.
• Develop reference architectures for data platforms, NLP, RPA, and interoperability patterns.
• Lead governance checkpoints and ensure designs meet privacy and security requirements.
• Partner with product and engineering to convert concepts into executable runways.
• Define integration contracts and data flow boundaries for provider data and EMR.
