Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Solutions & AI Enablement Architect to provide architecture leadership for CenterWell programs and platforms, shaping reference architectures and guiding delivery teams to cloud and data strategies. You will collaborate with product, engineering, security, data, and operations across CenterWell and Humana Insurance.

The role requires 8+ years in IT architecture, strong Azure/Snowflake/Databricks experience, and expertise in generative AI with multi‑cloud patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in architecture/engineering or security.
• 2
• 5+ years of solution architecture in healthcare or payer/provider ecosystems; regulated environments (HIPAA/PHI).
• Hands-on Azure and Snowflake/Databricks experience with data lake patterns and access control.
• Led reference architectures and governed solution designs across multiple teams.
• Strong APIs/event-driven integration, security models, and NF-Rs (availability, performance).
• Generative and agentic AI with multi‑cloud exposure (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) and production-grade practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Home Health solutions translating business outcomes into composable designs.
• Create and maintain reference architectures for data platform, NLP, RPA/automation, and interoperability.
• Lead governance checkpoints, risk reviews, and ensure privacy/security compliance.
• Partner with product and engineering to convert concepts into architectural runways.
• Define integration contracts for provider data, EMR, and cloud data platforms; ensure observability and data protection.
• Engage with executives and delivery teams to clearly communicate decisions.
