Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to drive end-to-end architectural leadership for CenterWell Home Health programs. You will shape reference architectures, govern designs, and align delivery with cloud and data strategies across multiple platforms.

You will own the architectural vision for complex, multi-system initiatives, guiding technology decisions and serving as a bridge between business strategy, engineering, and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive information technology experience related to architecture/engineering or security.
• 5+ years of solution architecture in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems in regulated environments.
• Hands-on architecture across Azure services and Snowflake/Databricks.
• Demonstrated leadership producing reference architectures and governing designs.
• Strong APIs/event-driven integration, security models, and NFRs.
• Generative & Agentic AI across Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS with related services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives across systems of experience, operations, and insight.
• Define reference architectures for data platform, NLP, RPA/automation, and interoperability patterns.
• Lead governance checkpoints, risk reviews, and ensure privacy/security requirements are met.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate concepts into executable runways; de-risk delivery with NFRs.
• Define integration contracts and domain boundaries for provider data, EMR, and data platforms; ensure observability and data protection.
• Collaborate with executives and delivery teams to communicate decisions clearly.
