Job summary

Humana’s CenterWell IT seeks a Lead Solutions Architect to drive architecture leadership for Home Health programs, shaping reference architectures and governing designs across multi-cloud platforms. You will mediate between business strategy, engineering execution, and enterprise standards, guiding data integration and interoperability initiatives spanning CenterWell and Humana Insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of IT experience in architecture/engineering or security.
• 5+ years in solution architecture in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems.
• Hands-on architecture across Azure and Snowflake/Databricks.
• Proven leadership delivering reference architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives across systems.
• Maintain and promote reference architectures and patterns.
• Lead governance checkpoints and risk reviews to meet guardrails and privacy requirements.
• Partner with product and engineering to turn concepts into executable runways.
• Define integration contracts and data-flow boundaries for provider data and EMR.
• Engage with executives and delivery teams to communicate decisions clearly.
