Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a senior individual to independently lead the most complex AI deployments, owning the full lifecycle from discovery to production deployment and handoff. The role centers on architecting multi-agent solutions, crafting MCP resource packs, and building Deployment Kits that empower 200+ consultants and partners.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive the intelligence loop, and present field findings weekly.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of production software engineering.
• 3+ years deploying AI/ML to production.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end; manage customer relationships.
• Own AI workshop program for your pod; tailor modules per customer.
• Architect multi-agent solutions and production requirements.
• Design client-specific MCP resource packs for smarter AI surfaces.
• Ensure Deployment Kit quality is actionable for non-engineers.
• Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints with training and certification materials.
• Drive the intelligence loop; publish field findings and RFCs for platform improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers on engagements and code reviews.
