Job summary

Talent Portus is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Architect Conversational AI to lead hands-on design and implementation for AI agents at scale. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in solutions architecture.
• Production services on major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Hands-on development in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Java.
• Experience with LLM powered systems and conversational AI.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration, tool calling, and context management.
• REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI agents that understand intent and maintain context.
• Design end-to-end cloud solutions connecting LLMs to contact centers.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Plan agent orchestration, RAG, and prompt strategies while monitoring accuracy and latency.
• Ensure security, privacy safeguards, and smooth escalation to live agents.
• Work fast in a small, high-performing team with CI/CD practices.
