Job summary

Capgemini Irving, TX is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy Agentic and Generative AI solutions for clients. You will lead architecture discussions, create PoCs, and drive enterprise AI programs using Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Ideal candidates have strong client-facing consulting experience, solid governance knowledge, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI designs while collaborating with stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, DS, Eng or related field.
• Experience building AI solutions with modern frameworks.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or tech delivery.
• Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, security, and Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions.
• Generative AI applications.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Enterprise AI assistants and intelligent workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI designs.
• Develop AI applications using Python, LangChain, and LLMs.
• Implement Prompt Engineering, embeddings, AI orchestration, security & governance controls.
• Build solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Lead technical discussions, PoCs, and solution demos.
