Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior leader to drive Agentic AI initiatives by combining strategy with end-to-end solution architecture. You will own the roadmap, partner with Finance & HR, and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Snowflake and AWS.

You will manage executive stakeholders, budgets, and governance across multiple workstreams, directing global teams of architects, data scientists, and business SMEs to realize measurable value and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in data, AI, and large-scale program delivery.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, AWS, semantic modeling, and AI/ML.
• Strong executive communication, client leadership, consulting, financial management, and transformation governance skills.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise modernization and AI-enabled business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and delivery of Agentic AI solutions across Finance & HR.
• Lead the underlying Semantic Data Foundation leveraging Snowflake & AWS services.
• Manage executive stakeholders, budgets, governance, risks, dependencies, and value realization across multiple workstreams.
• Define target-state architectures, operating models, KPI frameworks, etc.
• Drive solution design, platform selection, integration strategy, and enterprise-scale deployment of Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead global cross-functional teams comprising architects, engineers, data scientists, and business SMEs.
