Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a GenAI and Agentic AI Solution Lead to architect, design, and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that accelerate AI-first transformation.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, delivery, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI applications, copilots, intelligent agents, and reusable accelerators using large language models, cloud-native technologies, and AI-assisted software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall technology experience with hands-on software engineering, architecture, and cloud-native app development.
• Proven experience designing production-grade Generative AI solutions and agentic AI.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, RAG, vector databases, prompt and context engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and modern cloud-native architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and hands-on development of enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Architect and build scalable AI applications, copilots, intelligent agents, and reusable accelerators.
• Design solutions using RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate software delivery and enhance developer productivity.
