Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and deploying production software applications.
• Strong fundamentals in OO design, architecture, and testing.
• Proficiency with Python, C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience operating production apps with CI/CD, monitoring and incident management.
• Hands-on AI/LLM experience in enterprise environments; Azure AI preferred.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions; strong communication.
• Excellent collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for AI initiatives from discovery to deployment.
• Collaborate with business partners to automate workflows with AI.
• Design and develop intelligent agent-based applications with modern orchestration and governance.
• Develop secure APIs, backend services, and user interfaces for AI adoption.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads on Azure and related cloud services.
• Establish testing strategies and performance metrics for model quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize production performance of AI services.
• Coordinate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams.
• Produce architecture and operations documentation.
• Promote best practices through code reviews and automated testing.
