Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience incl. architecture and delivery.
• Experience with LLM-powered apps, tool calling, RAG, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, Java, or similar language; API and data model design.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure development.
• Experience integrating enterprise data sources and building data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy production-quality AI applications and agents.
• Develop RAG services and a governed knowledge layer for traceable access.
• Lead technical discovery, planning, and mentor engineers.
• Establish engineering standards for source control, testing, and observability.
