Arcadia, a fast-growth startup in Manhattan, is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to join the founding engineering team. Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with Python and/or Golang.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI workflows in production.
• Experience deploying LLMs and AI APIs into production environments.
• Familiar with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar.
• Strong frontend experience with TypeScript and React.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale full-stack features across a Python/Golang backend and a TypeScript/React frontend.
• Build systems that process high-volume learning and performance data in real time.
• Architect and integrate LLM-powered agentic workflows that generate training content and personalize learning paths.
• Own the reliability and scalability of multi-agent orchestration systems in production.
• Manage AWS infrastructure (ECS/EKS, RDS, networking, monitoring) with IaC (Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation).
• Lead architecture discussions and system design for AI-native, production-grade systems.
