Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an AI Security Senior Consultant to lead governance and risk discussions for AI deployments, translating business needs into secure cyber strategies. You will partner with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, and Application Security teams to turn recommendations into implementable requirements.

You will guide junior practitioners, run workshops, and help win new engagements while managing milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or technology consulting with AI/ML experience
• Experience with AI/ML concepts including model development and retrieval-augmented generation
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act
• Travel up to 25–50% and possible immigration sponsorship
• Preferred: client-facing advisory, governance platforms, PyTorch/TensorFlow/MLflow

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state assessments of AI cybersecurity controls and governance
• Facilitate workshops with security, risk, data science, legal and business leaders
• Develop AI risk registers, control frameworks and maturity assessments
• Translate strategy into roadmaps with cross-functional teams
• Draft governance artifacts, policy templates and AI security materials
• Own a workstream, manage milestones, and support executive readouts and pursuits
