Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in AI Security to drive security, governance, and risk management for AI initiatives across industries. You will assess AI risk postures, architect security controls, and enable responsible AI adoption, blending hands-on implementation with advisory work.

You will lead AI security assessments, configure AI-SPM tooling, and develop governance frameworks while collaborating with EY teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3–5 years of relevant experience, incl. 1–2 years in AI or ML security.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI-SPM, or AI model risk evaluations.
• Experience with AI/ML pipeline security, model security, and MLOps security practices.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI policy development, and AI risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS).
• Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word; travel 25–50%.
• Experience in DevSecOps security and CI/CD security, with platforms and harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI security, AI-SPM, and governance engagements with clients.
• Assess AI/ML pipelines and model infrastructure; identify vulnerabilities and remediation steps.
• Architect and support AI-SPM solutions; configure AI security tooling and governance controls.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture docs, and executive presentations; mentor juniors.
