Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Consultant Risk & Forensic to help design, validate, and govern AI solutions across regulated environments. You will translate complex findings into actionable risk-based guidance and support project delivery with responsible AI practices.

Collaborate with specialists, validate models and data, and contribute to scalable, secure AI deployments for clients within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a similar quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience developing or supporting AI solutions using Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with generative AI tools and components such as Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Llama, Gemini, Claude, Granite, RAG, or Stable Diffusion.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI, and at least one DL framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerized environments using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 20% on average.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, implementation, and delivery of AI solutions under project leadership.
• Develop proofs of concept and components using ML, NLP, image analysis, time series, graphs, and RAG techniques.
• Perform AI validation activities including data review, testing, documentation, and production-readiness assessment.
• Evaluate trustworthiness, bias, explainability, privacy, security, guardrails, and audit logging.
• Translate technical findings into clear recommendations and collaborate with specialists to strengthen design and validation.
