Job summary

You will collaborate with senior consultants to translate business needs into AI/data requirements and build pipelines that power modern analytics.

You will design and implement data governance foundations, assess data readiness, and present insights to clients with clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, IS, or a related field.
• 2+ years' experience in data analysis, data architecture, data management, or data engineering.
• 1+ year in the financial services industry (investment management or insurance).
• Experience with data governance, AI readiness, and ontology concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for data/AI teams.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical info to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-disciplinary teams to deliver data and analytics engagements.
• Translate business needs into clear AI and data engineering requirements.
• Plan tasks, track issues, and coordinate with business, data, and tech stakeholders.
• Design and build AI-powered agents, accelerators, and reusable tooling.
• Develop data pipelines and perform technical reviews of solutions.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and present findings clearly.
