Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior AI Security Risk Analyst to provide hands-on security support for AI systems and workflows across SIE. You will conduct security reviews using our risk assessment methodology and collaborate with Responsible AI & Governance and IT & Engineering teams.

You will lead risk reviews from design through launch, identify material security risks, translate findings into practical recommendations, and help drive remediation in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building, integrating, or securing technical systems, incl. hands-on work with generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI stacks and ability to interrogate designs for security weaknesses.
• Practical builder mindset with experience using AI tools, cloud services, code, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases and systems from design through launch readiness.
• Assess end-to-end designs to identify material security risks, control gaps, data lineage, and operational concerns.
• Translate findings into practical, risk-based recommendations and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted security partner by providing early consultation, education, and reusable guidance.
• Coordinate with Responsible AI & Governance and security/IT teams to deliver reviews.
• Use security tooling and discovery insights to identify emerging risks and document reviews in SIE GRC systems.
• Improve AI security requirements, review practices, and reference patterns as technologies evolve.
• Track portfolio trends and elevate matters needing additional expertise.
