Palo Alto Networks protects tens of thousands of people every day from cyber threats. As a Senior Enterprise AI Security Engineer, you will shield our team so we can safeguard the world by securing AI adoption across the organization.

You will lead discovery and inventory of enterprise AI usage, identify shadow AI, APIs, and third‑party integrations, and architect automated guardrails and remediation workflows that mitigate risk while enabling business acceleration.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS/CE/Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise security engineering, app security, cloud security, or security architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML security risks and defenses (prompt injection, data poisoning, model supply chain).
• Proven experience building automated detection and remediation workflows for security.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), endpoint security and DLP.
• Proficiency in Python or Go for automation and tooling.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, inventory and visibility of AI usage across the enterprise.
• Architect and maintain automated remediation workflows and policy enforcement engines.
• Design threat mitigation controls against AI vulnerabilities (prompt injection, jailbreaking, data poisoning).
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Protection to design DLP for AI model pipelines.
• Conduct assessments for AI apps, agents, integrations and third‑party AI products.
• Research and implement AI security frameworks and tooling (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF).
• Support hardened hosting environments for AI workloads and API gateways.
