Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst III to support Security for AI, including AI Detection and Response and securing generative AI apps. You’ll inform roadmap decisions, guide go-to-market strategies, and help CrowdStrike win in a rapidly evolving AI security landscape.

The role is remote, individual-contributor with high visibility, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to translate complex AI threat insights into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity market with focus on Security for AI/ML.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM attack surfaces (prompt injection, model poisoning, data leakage) and AI governance.
• Familiarity with Security for AI competitive landscape and major industry players.
• Two or more of: sales engineer/pre-sales, competitive intelligence, solution architect, product management, technical marketing, or product marketing.
• Ability to translate complex AI threat concepts into field-actionable guidance and executive summaries.
• Strong communication skills for senior & executive audiences.
• Proven people and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize guidance on the strategic importance of Security for AI and how protecting autonomous agents creates competitive advantage.
• Analyze the Security for AI market and competitors’ capabilities across the AI lifecycle.
• Provide tailored deal support and develop rapport with the field.
• Collaborate with CI team and technical stakeholders as the primary liaison for AI competition.
• Recommend sales tactics and product strategy to win in the market.
• Work autonomously on project plans, timelines, content, and ongoing updates of the competitive landscape.
• Conduct win/loss analyses using quantitative and qualitative data.
