Unity is seeking a Staff Security Architect to be a senior technical authority on security design across its ecosystem, with a focus on AI. You will work with product and engineering to map risk and guide secure-by-design shipping, while ensuring a coherent security posture across platforms, tools, and services.

The role blends hands-on coding with architectural leadership in AI security. You will shape security for AI-native Unity products and contribute to security tooling, prototype ideas,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security with senior architecture experience.
• Hands-on AI security with LLM or agentic systems.
• Strong cloud security depth in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Clear technical communication across regions.

Responsibilities

• Shape security architecture for Unity products and guide secure-by-design outcomes.
• Embed in high-priority launches and coordinate with ProdSec, SecOps, and Infra Security.
• Partner on AI features with right controls, data boundaries, and defaults from the start.
• Define security for AI-native products and agent workflows.
