Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of industrial ML experience, with 3 years in a technical lead role on ranking, search, or recommendation systems.
• Proven track record deploying high-scale, multi-stage ranking pipelines in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of ML models for user intent, journeys and engagement patterns across recommendation systems.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for AI Science; define multi-year roadmap with product and engineering alignment.
• Set modeling and coding standards and foster scientific rigor across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Intuit Credit Karma's dataset for personalization, targeting and marketing optimization.
• Drive revenue growth through improvements in targeting, feature engineering and user profiles.
• Represent AI Science in executive reviews and externally at conferences as a thought leader.
