Job summary

Intuit Credit Karma is seeking a Senior AI Scientist to lead the evolution of our financial recommendation engines. You will architect how we understand, predict, and act on member intent, delivering timely, personalized recommendations across credit cards, loans, and other financial products.

Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, finance, and analytics to define metrics, build scalable models, and translate AI concepts into business value.

Qualifications

• MS in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of production ML experience in consumer tech, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Expert Python and SQL, with modern ML/DL frameworks.
• Experience with ranking, retrieval and multi-stage recommendation architectures.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and link to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large-scale models predicting when members need recommendations across financial verticals.
• Build recommendation logic balancing immediate revenue with long-term member value.
• Collaborate with partner teams to define metrics covering revenue, engagement and user experience.
• Represent Data Science in cross-functional reviews and translate technical topics to business partners.
• Work on Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, GenAI for Personal Finance products.
