AbbVie is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Analytics & AI organization in Illinois. You will lead the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions for Copay Intelligence initiatives, applying ML/AI to healthcare data to drive actionable recommendations for patient access and affordability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
Advanced degree preferred but not required.
6+ years of experience developing and deploying ML/AI solutions in production.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, deployment, and improvement of AI solutions for Copay Intelligence.
Build predictive, classification, forecasting, optimization models across healthcare data.
Deploy ML solutions to production with monitoring, retraining, and governance.
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
