AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Access Insights to lead analytics shaping payer strategies across AbbVie brands in the US. You will manage data-driven insights, build scalable models, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence pricing, contracting, and access initiatives.

The role requires strong data science capabilities, experience with health plans and payors, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools. Experience with Dataiku is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience in analytics.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical market access and policy.
• Strong storytelling; ability to distill complex data into concise messages.
• 2+ years of SQL experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics across portfolio for market access issues.
• Analyze claims and market research to identify dynamics and risks.
• Develop models and narratives to support brand strategies.
• Collaborate with Govt. Affairs, Finance, and Brand teams.
