Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the NGSIEM Agentic AI team and build AI systems that analyze millions of security events per second. You will own end-to-end AI/ML architecture, from data pipelines to model deployment and monitoring, influencing platform strategy and cross-team collaboration.

You will lead strategy for large-scale retrieval, vector search and anomaly detection and mentor scientists across multiple teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building and scaling large-scale AI/ML, search, retrieval, ranking in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for large-scale retrieval, ranking, vector search, RAG, and anomaly detection at enterprise scale.
• Own end-to-end AI/ML architecture including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define evaluation methodologies and success metrics to assess product, model, and business impact.
• Mentor junior scientists and drive technical direction across AI platforms and tooling.
