Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a senior AI/Software engineer to own Claude and other AI applications used by its Sales teams. You will lead the architecture and development of AI plugins, skills, and connectors, ensuring secure integration with Salesforce and Cortex platforms.

The role combines greenfield AI work with cross-team collaboration and strong emphasis on guardrails and data protection. You’ll work with TypeScript or Python, APIs and OAuth, cloud hosting, and model-context-aware workflows

Qualifications

• Five years+ building software, with significant AI applications or agents in production.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript or Python and API/webhook integration.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce through APIs and permission models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosting, deployment, secrets, and monitoring.
• Experience with data protection: permissions, residency, and what AI should see.

Responsibilities

• Own Claude and AI apps outside Salesforce, including Cortex-based Sales tools.
• Define organization, release, support, and retirement of plugins, skills, and connectors.
• Determine what Claude reads/changes in Salesforce and related systems with guardrails.
• Design human-in-the-loop flows to sharpen seller judgment.
• Lead greenfield AI projects and provide technical leadership across teams.
