Accenture is seeking a senior sales leader to drive end-to-end PVT AI deal shaping and sales pursuit execution for strategic opportunities. You will convert qualified demand into compelling proposals and commercially viable, profitable solutions.

This role requires deep experience in complex enterprise sales, governance, and collaboration with solution architects and delivery teams. The position involves leading multi-stakeholder engagements, negotiating terms, and aligning pricing with value.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in sales capture, deal shaping, pursuit management or solution-led enterprise sales in consulting/professional services.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience with a quota of $10M+ preferred.
• 3+ years understanding deal lifecycle, pricing, negotiation and delivery handover.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional teams across multiple pursuits.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total)

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping activities for AI opportunities, including qualification and governance.
• Translate client priorities into clear business value propositions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud, security, delivery, pricing and legal teams to create an integrated solution.
• Develop pursuit strategy, buyer value hypotheses, message house and win themes.
• Manage proposal development inputs, cost models, price-to-win discussions and commercial assumptions.
• Facilitate client discussions, workshops, presentations and negotiations through Accenture sales stages.
• Coordinate readiness and data quality, reviews, approvals and escalation management.
• Partner with delivery leadership to confirm feasibility, transition, risk posture and handover commitments.
• Conduct pursuit retrospectives and reusable lessons for the AI practice.
• Travel may be required (25-100%).
