Apple Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager for Responsible AI and Safety in Cambridge, MA.

You will manage partnerships with internal crowds and external vendors, scale data workflows, and own SOWs, workforce calibration, and audits to ensure scalable safety evaluation across products and markets. You will shape documentation, lead cross‑functional alignment, and drive tooling roadmaps with engineering to support red-teaming and evaluation for AI features across Apple’s software

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in vendor/partner management, data operations, or program management for ML/AI evals.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships and budgets at scale.
• Experience scaling human-labeled data pipelines and governance.
• Experience across multiple international markets with multilingual vendor workforces.
• Strong documentation and ability to translate ops needs into tooling roadmaps.
