Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Program Manager for Responsible AI and Safety in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will oversee partnerships with internal and external vendors spanning evaluation, red-teaming, and data generation, ensuring scalable processes and governance across products and markets. You will drive work intake, workforce calibration, quality audits, and closed-loop reporting, while translating operational needs into tooling roadmaps with engineering partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor/partner management, data operations, or program management, ideally supporting ML/AI evaluation, annotation, or data labeling programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Apple's relationship with internal crowd and external vendors for evaluation, red-teaming, and data generation.
• Own resourcing, scoping, and execution including statements of work, workforce calibration, quality audits, and partner performance.
• Establish feedback loops and connect Red-Teaming, Evaluation, and Post-Ship Insights groups.
